All digitally captured images are processed from their raw format in Adobe Photoshop, the industry standard in image manipulation. Printing is done on the highest quality photo paper or fine-art canvas. In addition, all prints are made with archival inks providing the highest quality and longest lasting products.
All customs duties, the export sanction taxes, regular delivery and insurance fees are calculated on the checkout page and included in the price.
We pack each item into a fed-ex tube excluding an opportunity for damage. Photographs are also packaged with soft protective material to ensure safety.
Dispatch of your order begins soon after your payment. To most addresses the goods will be delivered within 2 weeks. This takes into account printing time. But we ask you to allow us to deliver goods within 2 weeks because of some specific features of international trading of fine art goods. If you want to obtain your goods faster, we can deliver your parcel by express mail. Email us about it. Should any unforeseen circumstances prevent you from receiving the goods within five weeks upon acknowledgement receipt, please notify us about this fact. We'll contact with the goods follower and then notify you about results of this contact.
Nordqvist Photography will send you the goods and you should examine it's state and sign the notice of receipt. At reception of the goods you should open the container and examine if the state is undamaged. If you have found damage you should refuse reception of the goods and sign the notice that the goods is delivered damaged. If you have not refused reception of the goods, Nordqvist Photography assumes no liability.
As the goods of Nordqvist are unique, we do not accept goods back and do not return money excluding the cases of the damaged good replacement or compensation for defected delivery. Taking into consideration conditions of trading through internet Nordqvist Photography makes you know that it can not guarantee the strict correspondence of colors tints to your computer screen colors.
